Return Policy

*Show Off Straps has an easy return, refund and exchange policy as well as a generous warranty. 

*The crystal bra straps are strung on strong flexible wire.  It is very rare that the crystal bra straps break.  The rhinestones on the rhinestone bra straps are permanently adhered to fabric.  It is also very rare for a rhinestone to fall off the fabric. 

We want you to be happy and enjoy wearing these beautiful crystal bra straps and we will do our very best to please you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

The first 30 days from the date of purchase:

If you are not satisfied with the bra straps, the crystal bra straps break or rhinestones fall off, upon receipt of the bra straps with at least 80% of the beads or rhinestones per pair, you can either (1) *exchange them for merchandise of equal value or (2) a refund will be issued for the merchandise.

An exchange or refund will be void if, in Show Off Straps’ discretion:  (1) the fabric on the rhinestone bra straps is abused, soiled, torn or not reasonably in good condition; or (2) the crystal bra straps have been abused and at least 80% of the beads per pair are not returned.

*Show Off Straps will pay for standard USPS domestic postage, (and insurance for merchandise with a retail value of over $60.00), for the first return back to you, a total of one return.  (Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.) 

After 30 days and up to 90 days from the date of purchase:

If you are not satisfied with the bra straps, the crystal bra straps break or rhinestones fall off, upon receipt of the bra straps with at least 80% of the beads or rhinestones per pair, you can exchange them for merchandise of equal value, plus the cost of USPS postage (and insurance for merchandise with a retail value of over $60.00). 

An exchange will be void if, in Show Off Straps’ discretion:  (1) the fabric on the rhinestone straps is abused, soiled, torn or not reasonably in good condition; or (2) the crystal bra straps have been abused and at least 80% of the beads per pair are not returned.

After 90 days from the date of purchase:

Show Off Straps will restring your crystal bra straps, upon receipt of at least 80% of the beads per pair, for $30.00, which cost is subject to change, plus the cost of USPS postage (and insurance for merchandise with a retail value of over $60.00). 

Show Off Straps will replace your rhinestones only, upon receipt of the bra strap with at least 80% of the rhinestones per pair, for $10.00, which cost is subject to change, plus the cost of USPS postage (and insurance for merchandise with a retail value of over $60.00).  The fabric must be in good condition.  Show Off Straps cannot be responsible and cannot replace the rhinestones if the fabric on the rhinestone bra straps is abused, soiled, torn or not reasonably taken care of.
